Shipping,Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy
We deliver products across Bangladesh.
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.
Delivery time inside major cities: 1-3 business days.
Delivery time outside major cities: 2-5 business days.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

Return Policy
Customers may request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery.
The wrong product is delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases.
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds may be sent through:
Mobile Banking
Bank Transfer
Original Payment Method (where applicable)
Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

শিপিং পলিসি
আমরা বাংলাদেশের সকল জেলায় পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে থাকি।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয়।
ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সময়: ১-৩ কার্যদিবস।
ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি সময়: ২-৫ কার্যদিবস।
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারি ছুটি বা কুরিয়ারজনিত কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

রিটার্ন পলিসি
নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে:
ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে
পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পৌঁছালে
উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি থাকলে
পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।

রিফান্ড পলিসি
রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য যাচাই করার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হতে পারে:
মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং
ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার
অর্ডার পেমেন্টের মূল মাধ্যম
গ্রাহকের অসতর্ক ব্যবহার, ভাঙচুর বা স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়ক্ষতির কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
